Peter Nwachukwu, the late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu’s husband, has stated that he never hit her and that she died of lung cancer.
He was speaking in a High Court in Abuja, where he had been arraigned on Friday.
“Let me tell the entire world, I have suffered a lot,” he said as he was being moved along. I’ve been abandoned. Cancer of the lungs killed my wife; I didn’t hit her.
“Cancer of the lungs killed my wife, Osinachi Nwachukwu, so I’m suffering for what I don’t know.”
