In its latest case update dated September 15, the NCDC reports 299 new cases with 3 COVID-related deaths. The new cases were reported in the FCT and 14 states – Lagos-94, FCT-30, Oyo-27, Bayelsa-23, Rivers-20, Edo-17, Kwara-15, Benue-14, Delta-11, Osun-10, Ekiti-9, Gombe-4, Plateau-4, Kano-2 and Ogun-2.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Nasarawa and Sokoto States. GIOTV gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 188,917 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,640.
