Kenyan Pastor Sentenced To 140 Years In Prison For Impregnating His Two Daughters Aged 14, 16

A 51-year-old minister, John Gichira has been condemned to 140 years in jail for impregnating his two little girls matured 14 and 16 in Ndia Constituency, Kirinyaga County, Kenya.

 

Showing up before Senior Principal Magistrates, Anthony Mwicigi of Baricho High Court on Thursday, January 14, the minister was hit with a 70-year-prison term for explicitly attacking every one of the young ladies. The court decided that the sentence will run successively.

“I sentence you 70 years for every offense and you have 14 days to claim. This court arranges that your names be included in the register of sentenced and risky guilty parties.” the Magistrate declared.

“Gichira will serve 70 years for each check of debasement; the sentences to run continuously,” the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions stated, referring to a sentence in a Kirinyaga court.

The blamed conceded to charges on January 5, 2021, and was remanded until Thursday. He reprimanded the demon for his offenses and asked for absolution from his kids and the court, saying that everyone commits errors.

“I supplicate that the court, those that I have annoyed including the young ladies I impregnated. It is my first ideal opportunity to submit such a demonstration. I censure Satan for deceiving me.” he said.

Charges read out to him by the arraignment demonstrated that the principal offense was submitted on assorted dates between June 1 and 30, 2020 in Kinyakiiru town, Kirinyaga against his 16-year-old girl. She is currently seven months pregnant.

The subsequent offense was submitted nearby August 2020 against his 14-year old little girl who is a half year pregnant. Both are grade school students.

He was captured in Mbeere South in Meru County where he had fled to and acted like a Somalia herder however occupants were dubious of his intonation and tipped specialists before he was captured in the main seven-day stretch of January.

The court was informed that the issue was not announced and the charged kept on living in a similar compound with the people in question. The issue was later answered to Baricho Police Station by the zone head, inciting the suspect to escape till he was followed and captured in Mbeere.
