Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo, former Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, is dead.
Dokubo, 70, died at a hospital in Abuja on Wednesday night, August 24.
His death comes barely two years after President Muhammadu Buhari relieved him of his post as the Niger Delta Amnesty boss.
