Eight Nigerian women have been arrested for alleged involvement in prostítutíon.

According to Migrant Rescue Watch, police raided a house in Kufra district and arrested the women on charges of prostítutíon.
A Nigerian man said to be a pimp was also arrested during the raid.
“Police following an investigation and Public Prosecutor’s warrant raided a house in Kufra and arrested nine migrants including 8 females of Nigerian nationality on charges of prostíttíon.
. All transferred to the Security Directorate for legal action.” the group said on Thursday, October 6, 2022.
