The dismissed policeman, Sergeant Samuel Phillips, who allegedly killed an 18-year-old female admission seeker, Monsura Ojuade, in the Ijeshatedo area of Surulere, Lagos State, on September 11, has been arraigned before a magistrate court in Lagos.
Phillips who wore a cape cap, red top, and jeans, was arraigned before the court this afternoon.
