Cristiano Ronaldo’s Mom Dolores Discharged From Hospital After Recovering From Stroke Attack

Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo will leap for joy with the news of his mother being discharged from the hospital earlier this week.

The 65-year-old mum of four was rushed to the clinic about two weeks ago somewhere in Madeira after suffering a stroke. She has since then recovered from the attack with the help of medical professionals at the Nelio Mendonca Hospital. SunSport reports that Dolores Aveiro was given the green light to return home after spending close to two weeks at the clinic.

Meanwhile, she was said to have been taken to a private hospital earlier this week to further observe hear health before finally discharging her. The Sun, however, reports that her current location is unknown, though, many believe she is in the same building as her son and his family. Despite returning home, she cannot move near her son or grandchildren who are in quarantine due to the outbreak of coronavirus.

Ronaldo, his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their four children are currently locked in the top floor of their seven-storey home in Portugal. The 35-year-old star decided to self-isolate himself after his Juventus teammate tested positive for the deadly virus after their 2-0 win over Inter Milan behind closed doors. CR7, as he is fondly referred to by his teeming fans paid his mother a visit while she was at Nelio Mendonca Hospital and immediately requested that his fans give them some privacy at this point.

Ronaldo will be hoping to be ready to go once the Italian League resumes back in April, although no date has been fixed for the return by the authority. Several other topflight will be back in action next month while others have been postponed indefinitely due to this deadly virus.
