COVID-19: NCDC Records 460 Fresh Cases, One Death
The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 191,805 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated August 30, the NCDC reports 460 new cases with one COVID-related deaths.
The new cases were reported in the FCT and 12 states – Rivers-164, Lagos-139, Edo-61, FCT-37, Bayelsa-20, Oyo-14, Plateau-7, Ogun-6, Anambra-4, Benue-4, Enugu-2, Cross River-1 and Kaduna-1.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Borno, Ekiti, Nasarawa, Osun, Ondo and Sokoto States.
GIOTV gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 178,492 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,455.
