The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has approved new cut-off scores for the nation’s universities and polytechnics.
The choice was made following a contentious meeting that included representatives from the National Universities Commission, the Ministry of Education, the National Board for Technical Education, and others.
For the polytechnics, 120 cut-off mark was approved while 140 was approved for universities
