Two key suspects have been declared wanted for culpable homicide in the murder of Deborah Samuel.
The suspects were declared wanted by the Sokoto Police Command on Tuesday.
Last Thursday, a mob on the campus of the Shehu Shagari College of Education (SSCOE) in Sokoto murdered the deceased, a student there, for supposed blasphemy against Prophet Muhammad
The Command’s spokesman, ASP Sanusi Abubakar made this known.
”The CP, Kamsldeen Kola Okunlola declared the suspects spotted in the viral video wanted.”
Abubakar said others arrested at the scene while dispersing the mob were charged to court and remanded in prison.
The Command reiterated its commitment towards apprehending the suspects while assuring ”it has already deployed all it’s intelligence and on the look out for the suspects.”
