Pastor Timothy Olaniyan, the Redeemed Christian Church’s (RCCG) head of politics and governance, has reacted to the backlash to his message.
Olaniyan insisted that he was speaking for himself when he said that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo of the All Progressives Congress, APC, was the only child of God and a pastor who could change Nigeria’s governance narrative, not the church.
Clarifying concerns, Olaniyan claimed Wednesday that he did not speak for the Church while speaking at an event organised by New Era Nigeria.
