Nigerian DJ Switch has slammed Lagos state government over court order to audition traffic offender’s forfeited cars.
Recall that the Lagos State Environmental and Special Offences Enforcement Unit, known as Task Force, had obtained a court order authorizing it to auction 88 vehicles forfeited by Lagos State Mobile Court.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, DJ Switch slammed the Lagos government, while calling them “a thief” for auctioning the 88 cars.
She also called out Nigerian celebrities and influencers for not using their platforms to speak up on national issues affecting the average citizens.
DJ Switch opined that the Lagos state government would have given traffic officers punishments or fine to pay rather than auction their cars to the public.
