A woman has been arrested by security forces in Tripoli, Libya for poisoning her ex-boyfriend after he called off their relationship.
Detectives discovered that the woman had contacted her ex-boyfriend on Facebook using a fake ID and pretended to be a professional doctor as she previously knew that he was suffering from colon disease.
After cozying up to him following several chats, she offered to request a taxi driver to send him a syrup to alleviate his colon pain.
The victim agreed and praised her attention, but the woman mixed the syrup with a deadly insecticide leading to his death.
