Nigerian rapper Nnamdi Nwabasili aka N6 has revealed why only university graduates should be allowed to vote in Nigeria.
The On-Air-Personality argued that elections under democratic rule were too important to be influenced by a teeming illiterate population grappling with poverty.
The entertainer insisted the financial incapacity of the illiterate voting populace further makes them vulnerable to vote buying and selling.
N6 in a tweet said: “I still stand by my submission that only University graduates should be allowed to vote in Nigeria…
“Democratic elections are too important to be dictated by an illiterate population facing poverty.
“Such desperation makes them highly susceptible to financial inducement.”
