Former lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani, has urged Nigerians not to have a short memory.
The author reminded his followers of the violence that erupted in Northern states when Buhari lost the election in 2011 and he compared it to the present attitude of Peter Obi’s supporters.
He tweeted: “NO patriot should trigger or encourage anarchy, but we shouldn’t also ‘shorten our memories’; what Peter’s supporters are doing in 2023 is more peaceful than what Buhari’s supporters did in 2011. You only need to recall the past in order to appreciate the present.”
