In a chilling confession, suspected ritual killer, Adekunle Mohammed, has revealed that he and his accomplices sold the head and legs of their victim, Malik Kareem, to a woman at an Ibadan market for N70,000.

Adekunle, who was arrested along with four others, including Muniru Salawudeen, Rashidat Akanji, Ismail Olalekan, and Obaleye Sanmi, made the shocking confession during an investigation into the gruesome murder.

According to Adekunle, the group had killed Malik Kareem on August 7, 2024, and subsequently sold his body parts to a woman, who is yet to be identified, at a market in Ibadan. The police are currently working to identify and apprehend the buyer.

The suspects’ arrest came after a foul odor was reported emanating from a building owned by Adekunle, leading police to discover a dry well containing mutilated human bodies. Three unidentified bodies were removed and taken to the State Hospital Morgue for autopsy.

The case has sparked widespread outrage, with many calling for swift justice to be served. The investigation is ongoing, with further revelations expected.
