Video Of HRH, Oluwo Of Iwo Rolling Weed In His Palace Goes Viral

A video of HRH Oluwo of Iwo ,Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, rolling a weed in his palace has surfaced on the internet. In the video which has gone viral, the king was seen putting some weed inside a rizla, after-which he used his tongue to finish the sealing.

A rizla is a brand of rolling papers and other related paraphernalia in which tobacco, or marijuana, or a mixture, is rolled to make handmade joints and cigarettes.
