Much loved Nigerian couple Adekunle Gold and Simi joined several other lovers in the world to celebrate this year’s edition of Valentine’s Day.

An excited Simi took to her official Instagram page with a photo that captured the moment she was showered with gifts in bed. Simi was spotted with a bottle of an exquisite looking wine, a bouquet of red roses and a box of cake. The doting wife accompanied the post with a caption in which she wished her man a happy celebration. In addition, Simi revealed that there was a video that captured the moment but she held back from posting because she cried in it.

As expected, her playful husband, Adekunle, was spotted among those that left comments under the post. The loving husband hilariously noted that he would use the video against Simi in the future while wishing her a happy Val’s day.

He said: “I’ll use the video against you someday. Happy Valentines Day baby.” Read what some other fans had to say: oliveemodi: “Happy Valentine’s Day you both” femiadebayosalami: “Let’s see the video joor!” bidemi_kosoko: “Oya post the video fast fast” morayo_mo: “Awwwn, so romanthickkk” maryswtgaga: “Congrats momma happy valentine to the both of you” home_of_alloy_rims: “Show us the video jare”
