Former Vice President and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections, Atiku Abubakar, has said that President Bola Tinubu has taken his game of blaming opposition parties in the country to the next level.

Atiku said this on Tuesday in a statement signed by his Media Adviser, Paul Ibe, while reacting to a statement issued on Monday night by the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka.

Morka had accused the opposition political parties of being desperate to portray Tinubu/APC-led administration as underperforming by resorting to instigating Nigerian youths to protest in the streets of some major cities across the country.

The ruling party alleged that the protest in Minna, Niger State and Kano, Kano State on Monday over high cost of living was orchestrated by opposition political parties to present threat to public peace and national security.

GIOTV earlier reported that Nigerians including supporters of the APC on X (formerly Twitter) berated the President Tinubu-led government over the inflation and hardship in the country.
