A roadside mechanic reportedly fled with a customer’s car at the Nkwola-Eziama community in Imo State.
According to a gospel music minister, who posted the message on Saturday, September 26, one Mrs. Chinyere Ezeji said that their car broke down along Amala/Eziama road on Friday. It was towed to Nkwola-Eziama where a roadside mechanic identified as Chukwudi fixed the car.
Details about the incident are sketchy, however, it was alleged that the mechanic drove off with the car to test run it and never returned. Read the message below:
“As we were traveling yesterday for a burial in our village with Rev Cyril Nwaelele’s car, the car developed fault along Amala/eziama road. Some good Samaritans helped us to tow it to nkwoala-eziama, where we got a mechanic who involved this so-called electrician who corrected the error and made away with the vehicle. From the information gathered Man’s name is chukwudi from omoku. Please anybody with any vital information that will help us to recover this vehicle should please indicates”
