Release Nnamdi Kanu. He’s Only Fighting For His People Like Me – Sunday Igboho Tells Tinubu Government

Yoruba Nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho, has appealed to President Bola Tinubu to release the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

 

In a video making the rounds on social media, Igboho said Kanu was just an agitator fighting for the Southeast region just like himself who is agitating for the Southwest.

“Release Nnamdi Kanu. Stop politics, this guy didn’t do anything. Today is 27, February 2024, release him, let him go, and stay with his family. This guy just fights for his people in the south-east, like me. I am fighting for my people in the Yoruba land, release him, let him go, stop the politics game release Kanu let him go home please release him.”

Kanu has been in DSS custody since July 2021 after he was repatriated to Nigeria by the Federal government.
