The Nasarawa State Police Command has arrested a suspected car snatcher and recovered a bunch of master keys from him.
The spokesperson of the command, ASP Ramhan Nansel, who confirmed this in a statement on Tuesday, said the suspect, Adamu Yusuf, a resident of Ungwan Osama, Masaka in Karu LGA, was arrested by police personnel on Monday, January 25, while trying to steal a car.
“The suspect was arrested by the Eagle-eyed Police personnel at New Nyanya under the bridge with a bunch of master keys when he allegedly opened one car and was about to steal it. The suspect has confessed to the crime and investigation is ongoing after which he will be charged to Court,” said ASP Nansel.
