Reno Omokri has blamed Anthony Joshua’s defeat on Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari.
Recall the British boxer of Nigerian heritage lost to Oleksandr Usyk last night in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium by an unanimous decision.
Joshua couldn’t handle the swiftness and skill of Usyk, as he ended the match with an injury close to his right eye.
Aftermath the fight, Nigerians have started reacting to Anthony Joshua’s defeat as they blamed Buhari for it.Many Twitter users used photos of when the boxer met with Buhari in London in January 2020 to present his belts as reference.Joshua had just regained his title in a rematch after he lost to Andy Ruiz Jr in June 2019 and now he has suffered a recent defeat to Usyk.
Prominent among those who apportioned the blame of Joshua’s defeat to Usyk on Buhari was Reno Omokri.Omokri took to Instagram to share a photo of when AJ presented his four belts to Buhari and wrote;
