The remains of PDP chairman Kimakpa ward, Hon. Timothy Weyi, Woman Leader, Na’omi Bitrus, and one Abba Zereh, were laid to rest on Saturday, April 23, in Kwall district, Plateau state.
The deceased were killed when they accompanied Hon Musa Agha Avia, a member representing Jos North/ Bassa constituency in the Plateau House of Assembly, on a “thank you tour” of the general area Bassa LGA on Tuesday 19th of April.
Hon. Agah in his remark lamented the sorry state of the security in the country and alluded that the government has failed in its responsibility as securing life and properties is the central responsibility of any reasonable government.
