Ondo Speaker’s Daughter Involved In Motor Accident, Sustains Injury

The Speaker,Ondo state house of assembly ,Bamidele Oleyeloogun’s first daughter narrowly escaped death on Friday in an accident that seriously injured her and one other person in Akure, the Ondo state capital, VAM News has gathered.

The incident occurred around shoprite area along oda road around half past six o’clock in the evening.

It was gathered that the vehicle lost control and rammed into where the speaker’s daughter was washing her car,hitting her and the person washing her car.

It was also gathered that the speaker’s daughter sustained serious injury alongside others at the place.

Confirming the incident to reporter, the Police Public Relations Officer, (PPRO) Tee Leo Ikoro said the driver had been arrested and that investigation had commenced on the case.

He said “the driver rammed into where they were washing the car, maybe it was a break failure but the girl and the other person, washing her car are responding to treatment.

They were about to leave when the incident happened and it was already getting late before the police were involved and rushed them to the hospital.

The driver ,Momoh , has been arrested and detained in our custody for investigation. ”
