On Twitter, a woman orphaned by a Catholic church attack in Owo laments the loss of her parents

A woman took to Twitter to express her grief for her mother and father, who were both killed when attackers stormed St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Owo, Ondo state.

The attack occurred yesterday, June 5, during Pentecost Mass, killing dozens.

Dr. and Mrs. Ajanaku were among the more than 50 people killed in the attack.

Lai Ajanaku, their daughter, took to Twitter to express her grief.

Twitter users have also left heartfelt tributes, attesting to Dr. and Mrs. Ajanaku’s wonderful personalities.
