UK based vibrant activist and GIOTV Show Host, Maureen Badejo has called out popular Yoruba Nation agitator Chief Sunday Igboho and others for spearheading a smear campaign against her regarding the GoFundMe she started for them to purchase buses for their operations.

She accused Sunday Igboho and his spokesman, Yomi Koiki (Koiki Media) of fueling hatred against her. Maureen had earlier called out Koiki for failing to acknowledge the N2.5milion that was donated to them by her viewers and followers, which Koiki responded that “it is no big deal”.

She said:

“The money contributed by my supporters is to buy buses for the Yoruba Nation logistics and not giving cash to anyone but some hired bloggers accused me of misappropriating the funds which is a blatant lie because I have records and document to show for it here in the UK”.

“I made the fund raising very transparent for everyone to see and this is why there was separate account for it with certificate of incorporation, but
unfortunately none of the agitators that raised money for the Yoruba Nation got separate accounts for theirs, rather they are receiving the money donated by the public into their personal accounts which is fraudulent”.

“I challenge you, Olayomi Koiki to give account of the monies you have been fraudulently collecting using your personal bank account details under the pretense of agitating for the Yoruba Nation but you end up embezzling the money. You know I have proofs of what I am accusing you of because some donors have been saying you are defrauding them”.

“Since you have been agitating for the Yoruba Nation what does it cost you to open a separate account for funds that comes in but you have failed to do so because of your criminal minded motive to steal the money.

“I know some fake prophets and prophetess like Sam Ojo and Mary Olubori are using this opportunity to get back at me for exposing their fraudulent activities in their churches where they defraud unsuspecting gullible victims because sometimes ago Sunday Igboho called me that I should drop the case of Olubori But I told him I cannot, so I think he is not happy with me for exposing these “sakamaje” preachers”.

“Sunday Igboho also said that I was playing games with him and I asked him which game am I playing with you? I was shocked and disappointed by this. I have written to Gofundme, the online fund raising platform I used in raising £46,933 pounds to return the monies back to their respective donors and many of those who contributed to Gofundme testified on my show yesterday 17th, March 2021 that they have received their monies back”.

“One of the viewers, Susie Retty posted on her Facebook that;

“GOFUNDME HAS REFUNDED MY £10.00 O. YOU SEE WHAT HATERS HAVE CAUSED. Maureen Badejo DON’T WORRY HUN HATERS ARE FANS IN DISGUISE”.

Maureen added that Sunday Igboho has no right to interfere on what is happening on her platform.
