An Osun State Magistrates’ Court in Ile-Ife has remanded a 26-year-old man, David Igue in a correctional center after he was charged with manslaughter.
Police prosecutor, Sergeant Elijah Adesina, told the court that Igue was a motorcyclist when he committed the offense on June 2, 2020, at Oke-Atan Area, Ile-Ife.
Adesina added that Igue was riding a TVS motorcycle recklessly on a highway, causing the death of a 12-year-old girl, Olagunju Adura.
