Popular UK based Nigerian blogger and activist Maureen Badejo has reacted to the public outcry of Amarachi Eze, the twin sister of the late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, seeking for financial assistance for her sister’s children and saying they need help.
Recall that the 42-year-old gospel singer died on 8 April, 2022 in an Abuja hospital.
Below is what her twin sister said in a video that circulated on the social media:
“I am Amarachi Grace Eze, late Osinachi’s twin sister. The death of my sister left me and my family heart broken. And she also left behind four kids and she was the one helping our family. The court served us a letter that their rent expired on the 13th of April 2022, and they are expected to leave the house.
“So far, the Honourable Minister for Women Affairs has rendered help to us. She followed up the case to see that my late sister gets justice. She has written to 2 South East governors (name withheld) and their wives but no response. We need help desperately to take care of the four children. Yes we need justice but her children’s welfare is important. Help us please“.
Maureen berated Paul Enenche, Founder of Dunamis International Gospel Center and his wife Becky the so called mummy G.O. for abandoning Osinachi’s children despite being an active member and Minister in their church.
Maureen said:
“I wonder the kind of Christianity they are practicing, I am highly disappointed in them, only God knows the kind of kingdom work they claim they are doing.
“Enenche says he does charity but is obvious that his charity is stage managed because he should have helped Osinachi’s children if it was genuine. It is disheartening that Enenche is just displaying dramas on social media.”
Maureen advised those that are still worshiping at Enenche’s “shrine” that he calls church to be wise because the same thing treatment he gave to Osinachi’s children he will surely do worse for their loved ones when they are gone. Think twice. She added.
