Just In: Ondo Government Signs N30,000 New Minimum Wage, To Begin Payment January

The Ondo State Govt. under the leadership of Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN, and Labour Unions in the state have signed an agreement on the new salary template for workers in the state.

The dotted documents were signed today, Saturday, 25th January 2020, at the office of the State Head of Service, Mr Dare Aragbaye.

The State Chairman of Nigeria Labour Congress NLC, Sunday Adeleye said all interests were protected.

Payment takes effect from January 2020.

Mr Aragbaye said the government had also approved 33 per cent for those who retired before 2014 and peculiar allowances for some workers.
