Nigerian musician, Peter Okoye aka Mr P has said it is the responsibility of every individual to fight so that they do not die poor.

In a Twitter post, he explained that no one has control over the kind of family they’re born into be it a rich or poor one.

However, while people cannot determine if they are born poor, Mr P argued it’s their responsibility to ensure they don’t die as paupers.

“If you are born poor its not your mistake, But if you die poor it’s your mistake,” he tweeted.
