The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been accused of conducting a flawed 2023 election.
Presidential candidate of Action Democratic Party (ADP) and National Chairman of the party, Yabagi Sani slammed INEC saying it failed to justify the humongous sum of money provided for 2023 general election, Vanguard reports.
Sani said this while presenting the Certificate of Return to the ADP gubernatorial candidate for Kogi State on Thursday, April 20.
He described the 2023 election as the most flawed in the history of the country. Sani who condemned INEC’s refusal to use the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System (BVAS0 to transmit presidential election results from polling units to its server in real time, warned that the country’s democracy was standing only by the will of God.
