Fr. Oluoma Chinenye John is a priest of the Catholic Archdiocese of Abuja, Nigeria. He is an anointed Preacher, Teacher, Counselor, and Musician.

While speaking the cleric reportedly stated that “Don’t give God transactionally. Don’t give God to expect something from him. Speaking further he said “I Can Not Worship A God Who Depends On Me To Give Him Money. This is because our God is not a beggar. On this note, Our giving should be sacrificial.

Speaking further he said “Giving to God holds significance in many religious and spiritual traditions. It’s seen as an act of devotion, gratitude, and humility.

It symbolizes acknowledging a higher power’s role in one’s life and aligning one’s actions with spiritual values. Whether through offerings, tithes, or service, giving to God fosters a sense of community and compassion. It encourages selflessness and detachment from material possessions, promoting spiritual growth and a deeper connection with the divine. While interpretations vary, the act of giving to God often serves as a reminder of the interconnectedness of all beings and the pursuit of a purpose beyond the material world.
