Gunmen Kill Mobile Policeman In Delta

Some gunmen who struck at Airport Road in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State on Thursday, February 19, reportedly killed a mobile police officer.

The gunmen who fled almost immediately also carted away the mobile policeman’s rifle.

This is coming barely four days after some gunmen killed two operatives of joint security outfit  ‘Operation Delta Safe’ in  Asaba and another mobile policeman who was on escort duty at a Church in Ughelli north local government area.

Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya confirmed all the killings and also disclosed that investigations into the killings have been launched.
