Gunmen Abduct Three Pastors In Kogi, Demand N80m Ransom

Suspected Gunmen reportedly kidnapped three pastors in the Ofu Local Government, Kogi East Senatorial District of Kogi State.

A family member of one of the kidnapped pastors confirmed on Monday that the pastors were on their way to minister at a three-day crusade when the kidnappers intercepted their vehicle along the Ochadamu-Okele-Ejule Road.

According to the source, who did not disclose his identity for security reasons, said the kidnappers had made contact and demanded N80 ransom to secure their release.

The police command in Kogi State also confirmed the incident and said it had drafted policemen to the area to secure the release of the victims.
