Star Gospel singer, Aduke Gold, passed on while undergoing surgery for fibroid, a reliable source has revealed.
An Ibadan, Oyo State based popular broadcaster, Mr Yemi Sonde a.k.a. Alakala, reportedly revealed this on Tuesday.
The news of the gifted singer’s passage was announced in the midnight of Monday.
Sonde, on Tuesday night, disclosed that Aduke did not survive the fibroid surgery she went for at the hospital.
He said, her cause of death was what many women had passed through and came out alive but Aduke Gold was unlucky.
“I was about to sleep around 12 in the midnight when I saw the news on the social media, I could not believe it. I then picked my phone to call Aduke Gold. I called her like six times, she did not pick up.
She went to do fibroid operation like any other woman but she could not come out of the theater alive. It is painful,” Sonde remarked.
