A strange incident occurred at the Ministry of Animal Health Argungu, Kebbi state on Monday as a pregnant goat gave birth to a billy with abnormal features.
Veterans were shocked to find out the strange billy had a human-shaped skull and it looked very deformed after they performed a caesarean section on its mother.
According to LIB, the veterans couldn’t provide any answers on what could have led to the deformation.
