Get Best Hands, No Justification For Failure – Afenifere Tells Tinubu

Pan-Yoruba socio-political organisation, Afenifere has sent a message to President Bola Tinubu.

The group urged him to make sure that he appoints competent people.

Afenifere said Nigerians will not accept any kind of justification for failure.

The group which disclosed this in a congratulatory message, noted that the President’s inaugural speech demonstrated his readiness for the challenges ahead.

The letter was issued to journalists by Abagun Kole Omololu, the association’s Organising Secretary, and was signed by the group’s National Leader, Chief Reuben Fasoranti.

Fasoranti expressed confidence that the President would successfully tackle the country’s challenges.

In the letter, he said, “I am extremely pleased to write on behalf of myself and Afenifere to congratulate you on the auspicious occasion of your inauguration as the 16th President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“In selecting your team, please pick the best that Nigeria can offer, and I believe that this country is well endowed with the human resources that can turn her fortunes around.

“Choose men and women of impeccable character, competence, and capacity and post them to their areas of maximum benefit for the nation.”
