False Prophecies In The Name Of Politics Is Wrong – Journalist Rufai Oseni Slams Pastor Bakare For Saying God Told Him He’s The Next President

Nigerian broadcaster and Arise TV host, Rufai Oseni has slammed Pastor Tunde Bakare for saying God told him he would be the next president.

The results of the recently concluded party primaries of the All Progressive Congress (APC), reactions has garnered different reactions.

Pastor Bakare who had participated in the primaries had suffered an abysmal loss as not a single vote was attached to his name.

A video of an old prophecy he made while speaking to his congregation about the politics of Nigeria; he had said that so long as the politics of Nigeria is concerned, Buhari is number 15 while he’s number 16.

Following his failure and the resurfaced prophecy, Arise TV host, Rufai has criticized individuals who bring God into politics.

He has advised Nigerians to desist from bring God into politics as it diminishes accountability and only serves as a mockery to God.

An excerpt from his post reads:

“Seriously! it’s time Pastors stop making mockery of the the name of God. False prophecies in the name of politics is just wrong. I say it the way it is.Let’s call a spade a spade.”
