A Nigerian youth has memorialized the shooting event at the Lekki tollgate area of Lagos during the #Endsars protest with a tattoo on his body.

The 20th of October 2020 under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari will forever remain in history as the day the government allegedly ordered the hit on peaceful #Endsars protesters in Nigeria.

Uyi, a social media user who protested against police brutality during the #Endsars mass movement got himself a tattoo as a commemoration of the shooting.

Sharing photos of the Lekking shooting tattoos on his body on Instagram, Uyi wrote;

“My HEROES!!!fuck all the present POLITICIANS!!! #endsars #endpolicebrutality #endbadgovernanceinnigeria #wenotbackingdown #themarathoncontinues.”
