Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha has called on the Nigerian police to stop brutalising youths who are fighting for the good of the nation.
Tacha made this known in a video via Instagram account on Friday.
She urged the police to stop the maltreatment meted out on Nigerians, adding that the masses were suffering together.
“ASUU doesn’t go on strike and exempt children who have police officers as their parents. Whatever it is they fight for, is for the sake of all Nigerian students.
“The same applies to the things in the market. A policeman cannot get things cheaper in the market because he is an officer. We are all suffering from the high cost of things in the market.
“So, I don’t see why the Nigeria Police Force think that the youths of this country is their enemy.
“During the EndSARS movement last year, one of the demands we made was for the betterment of the police force.
We are fighting for a better Nigeria which includes the police force and this constant brutality on youths is not called for,” she said.
