Kano has recorded two deaths with 12 new confirmed cases of COVID-19.
It also discharged 33 additional patients, who have tested negative twice to the deadly virus.
The Ministry of Health, in the state, announced these on Saturday night in a tweet.
It also informed an additional 52 fresh samples of COVID-19 were tested on Saturday.
It said 5,347 test samples have been conducted since the outbreak of the pandemic in the state.
GIOTV reports total confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state are 999 with 415 discharged and 48 deaths recorded.
