Men of the Ondo State Security Network Agency, Amotekun Corps, have busted alleged robbers’ hideout and retrieved stolen properties.

Five suspects including husband and wife were arrested and taken to the Amotekun office for further investigations.

The officers traced the suspects to their hideout a few minutes past noon on Friday, October 13, 2023, at their residence in Canaan Land Street, Ijoka, Akure.

The alleged robbers were said to have come with a vehicle to move the stolen items away to a place known to them before they were caught.

Residents of the community complained about their properties earlier being carted away without knowing that the robbers were hiding in the same street

It was gathered that members of the community trooped out to attest to their stolen properties in the custody of the suspects.
