A UNIBEN final year student studying Fine and Applied Arts has appreciated the roles of activist Aisha Yesufu with a sculpture as his final works.
The young man identified as Emmanuel Omoregie decided to appreciate Aisha Yesufu for her roles towards contemporary activism in Nigeria and for that reason made a very fine sculpture of her holding the Nigerian flag. We all know the kind of role Aisha Yesufu has been playing as an activist and is still doing exactly what she thinks and knows is best for her and entire Nigeria and that is why this young man decided to appreciate her with the sculpture.
Aisha Yesufu had been an activist for a long time but became known generally for the role she played during the EndSARS protest and ever since then has been actively fighting for the right of the ordinary Nigerian.
This UNIBEN final year student deciding to appreciate Aisha Yesufu for her role played in contemporary activism isn’t a bad one at all since she deserves to be appreciated for risking her life to speak for the voiceless in Nigeria.
