The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress, APC, and its gubernatorial candidate, Aisha Dahiru aka Binani, against the governor of the state, Ahmadu Fintiri.
The state election petition tribunal and the Court of Appeal had dismissed Binani’s petition challenging the victory of Finitiri in the governorship election.
At the apex court on Monday, January 29, a five-member panel led by John Okoro adjourned the matter for judgment after listening to the arguments of parties involved in the matter.
