Lagos State Government has further relaxed the curfew from 10 pm to 6 am.

The government imposed a curfew after the breakdown of law and order following the hijack of the peaceful #EndSARS protests.

The relaxation was announced in a statement by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso on Friday.

He said Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu praised Lagosians for observing the curfew, which is expected to restore normalcy in the communities.

“He urges all Lagosians to go about their businesses in peace, even as they shun ‘actions that can threaten our unity.

“The Governor advised purveyors of fake news to stop causing disaffection among Lagosians, who is well known for being peace-loving and friendly,” the Commissioner stated.
