Body Of Kidnapped Former Kaduna Community Leader Found In Bush

Suspected terrorists have kidnapped and killed a former Kaduna community leader, Mr James Abu.

 

Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report, however, it was gathered that the deceased was kidnapped a few days ago.

According to the report, the decomposing corpse of the deceased was discovered in the bush on Wednesday, April 13.

One Makeri Danjuma Mohammed, who confirmed the incident said that late Abu was the former overseer of Akilbu District in Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

“The raging insecurity ravaging our communities is taking an alarming toll day-in-day-out,” he wrote. ”

“Accordingly, the death has been confirmed of Mr. James Abu the former Overseer of the defunct Akilbu District in Kachia LGA of Kaduna State.

He was kidnapped about two days ago only for his corpse to be discovered today in a bush. He was gruesomely murdered in cold blood by armed marauders or terrorists. May his soul rest in peace.”
