UK based Nigerian blogger, activist and host of GIOTV, Maureen Badejo has reacted to the news of how Bishop David Oyedepo, Founder and Senior Pastor of the Living Faith Church, popularly known as Winners Chapel sacked 40 of his pastors for not meeting the church monetary targets saying the church can never be at loss.

Church target? Maureen asked her viewers. ” I have been saying it that churches are now business centres”.

“Where is it written in the Bible that Jesus Christ sacked his disciples” Maureen asked?

“Oyedepo can sack his pastors because they were not called by God almighty. No wonder Winners members will never refer to what is written in the bible they keep saying what is written in the books written by their general overseer”.

Maureen played a video clip where one of the pastors confirmed that he and some pastors, where sacked.
