Alimosho Labour Party Declares Support For House of Representatives Candidate, Hon. Yeye Abimbola Animasahun

The Executive Officers, (EXCOS), Ward chairmen, mini-ward chairmen, including the women, youths and other Labour Party followers and supporters in Alimosho have totally declared support for a very inspiring and motivating House of Representative, HoR, Candidate for Alimosho constituency, Hon. Yeye Abimbola Animasahun Abdul.

Alimosho LP have come to really appreciate the efforts of Hon. Yeye Abimbola in the Local Government as she has been the very pillar supporting the LG in passionately and purposefully by her proactive approaches to issues relating to us in Alimosho.

She handed over the secretariat formerly used by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to us in Alimosho and this has made our meetings very fruitful and as the largest LG in Lagos we are making huge and tremendous progress.

Hon. Abimbola’s Love for humanity led her into the nursing profession where she has been saving lives and now she wants to continue to serve and save lives by being our HoR in Alimosho constituency.

Though she works in the UK but she spends lots of time on conference calls with the Alimosho LP mobilizing in grassroots which is key for us to win the 2023 elections. She did something very profound by mediating in the issues facing our LG. For days she took it upon herself to arrange meetings for the aggrieved parties using her resources and time to settle the challenges which became a success.

She also facilitated the meeting between the Deputy Governorship Candidate for Lagos state Princess Islamiyat Oyefusi who also came and addresed the LG and everyone was glad.

We are using this medium to tell Mr Moshood Salvador that this is not the All Progressives Congress, or PDP where candidates are being imposed because we at Alimosho knows Yeye Abimbola Animasahun Abdul very well and she has done and still doing so much for the party, therefore we are solidly behind her HoR candidacy because we do not want an unknown or an absentee candidate.

Hon. Yeye Abimbola is very relatable, hospitable, approachable and responsible and with her we are going to support her massively to win for the party but with an unknown candidate we cannot guarantee our support for him and we know what this mean as Alimosho holds the key in winning any election in Lagos State.
