Funmilayo Oluwadara, a farmer’s wife, has given birth to a set of quintuplets in Ogbomoso North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
On Thursday, March 4, the 38-year-old woman gave birth to four girls and a boy at Ayoka Clinic and Maternity Center in Oke Ado, Ogbomoso.
Mrs Oluwadara, a native of Ahoroko village in Oyo town, now has ten children after giving birth to five before the quintuplets.
Dr. Afolabi Sikurulahi, the Clinic’s Chief Medical Officer, who supervised the delivery of the quintuplets, praised God for the successful delivery.
Meanwhile, the quintuplets’ father, Mr.Idowu Oluwadara, 40, a Togolese farmer who came to Nigeria in search of jobs, appealed to the government and the public for help in providing adequate treatment for the five babies.
